We’re excited to announce our next event this Sunday at the stunning Yayem Country House in the hills above Cascais from 12-5. On the menu is a delicious family-style meal, ice baths, body movement and expert talks on the theme ‘Facing Your Fears’ — a key component of our 6th Health Optimisation Pillar: Purpose. Special guests: surf pioneer Joana Andrade (the first Portuguese woman to surf Nazaré), and 4th degree blackbelt and 2 x European Taekwondo champ, Prof. Manaia.
