We’re excited to announce our next event this Sunday at the stunning Yayem Country House in the hills above Cascais from 12-5. On the menu is a delicious family-style meal, ice baths, body movement and expert talks on the theme ‘Facing Your Fears’ — a key component of our 6th Health Optimisation Pillar: Purpose. Special guests: surf pioneer Joana Andrade (the first Portuguese woman to surf Nazaré), and 4th degree blackbelt and 2 x European Taekwondo champ, Prof. Manaia. Group Body Movement: Taekwondo Prof. Manaia

Prof. Manaia is a 4th degree black belt and 2 x European Taekwondo Champion at the ripe old age of 23(!). A fan of the Power Rangers since childhood, he previously studied two types of karate and now dedicates his life to training, competing in tournaments (specialising in weapons) and teaching Taekwondo at the STAT Martial Arts school in Cascais.
