Starting the Day Strong: Hike + Ice Bath

6km (about 1.5 hrs) hike in the trails between Murches and Janes on the 29th of February. Meeting at 8:45am for anyone keen to join. We’ll end at our founders’ place for some herbal tea and chill. Bring a swimming suit, an 8-degree C Ice Bath will be waiting for those keen to get a natural energy boost for the day.
