​We’ll begin with our usual joie de vivre as we gather for a delicious, healthy meal and learn about the most effective and scientifically proven routes to long-lasting behavior change for the better. 

​After our meal, we’ll walk the grounds to the Serenity Spa Thermal Area for our group activities while the kids are looked after by our team of helpers, artists and activity coordinators.
