We’re thrilled to announce our first edition farm-to-table Sweet Life Sunday, on the 21st of April at the stunning Campo Escondido.

Join us there with your family and enjoy a tour of the biodynamic farm.

On the menu is a delicious farm-style meal, ice baths, body movement and expert talks on the theme ‘Food as Medicine’ — a key component of our 1st Health Optimisation Pillar: Nourishment.
